Refunds and cancellations are set and handled by the event organizer. Festivio operates as a platform provider only and is not the merchant of record for your purchase.
Organizer is Merchant of Record
Your purchase is between you and the event organizer. The organizer is the merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing outcomes, refunds, and disputes with their payment provider.

Eligibility, windows, and methods for refunds or credits are defined by the organizer’s policy. Please check the event page or organizer communications for specific terms.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or ask about cancellations, contact the organizer directly. If you cannot locate their details, you can also reach us via the Contact page and we’ll route your inquiry appropriately.
Platform Stance
Festivio provides the technology that powers ticketing and token redemption. We do not promise refunds on behalf of organizers and our liability is limited consistent with a platform provider role.
