Refunds and cancellations are set and handled by the event organizer. Festivio operates as a platform provider only and is not the merchant of record for your purchase.

Organizer is Merchant of Record

Your purchase is between you and the event organizer. The organizer is the merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing outcomes, refunds, and disputes with their payment provider.

Organizer Refund Policy

Eligibility, windows, and methods for refunds or credits are defined by the organizer's policy. Please check the event page or organizer communications for specific terms.

Default Position (No Published Policy)

Where an organizer has not published a specific refund policy, tickets and consumables are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you have a valid claim, contact the organizer directly or reach us via the Contact page and we will help route your inquiry.

Platform Stance

Festivio provides the technology that powers ticketing and token redemption. We do not promise refunds on behalf of organizers and our liability is limited consistent with a platform provider role.
