These attendee terms describe Festivio’s role as a platform and set expectations for purchases made from event organizers. Please read them carefully.
Platform Role
Festivio is a technology platform that helps organizers manage events and sell access or consumables. Festivio is not the event host, seller, or merchant of record for your purchase.
Your Contract
Your purchase is a contract between you and the event organizer. Organizer terms, policies, and conditions govern entry, use of tokens/consumables, and any service-level commitments.
Payments
Payments are processed on behalf of organizers. Prices may include taxes or fees set by the organizer. Any transaction issues (including disputes) are typically handled by the organizer and their payment provider.
Attendee Conduct
You must follow the organizer’s rules and applicable laws at the venue. Organizers may refuse entry or remove attendees who breach rules or safety requirements.
Changes to Events
Organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel events. Where applicable, organizers will communicate updates and any refund or credit options according to their policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festivio’s liability is limited consistent with its role as a platform provider. Festivio is not responsible for the event experience, venue, or organizer actions.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Padova, Italy.
